As a longtime REIA member Kay Kay is always a great source of information and encouragement because of his constant search for new and better knowledge in his chosen areas of real estate. He has a tenacity for succeeding in a few areas of real estate that he’ll dive deep into instead of a commonly used, wide ranging “we do it” all mentality.
